I’ve been hearing a lot about all the great things Aidan is doing on this Buyer Lead Mortgage weblog and wanted to share some of my thoughts on the Mortgage Loan Officer Lead industry. I’ve been Generating Mortgage Leads and selling mortgage leads for going on 5 years now and am constantly amazed at what a profitable market we’re in for not only us but our clients. It’s great to know that I can make other peoples businesses successful while still making a handsome profit Selling Mortgage Leads for ourselves.

The Mortgage Loan Officer Lead market is a market where we have a huge amount of room to expand. Right now we deal in mostly Mortgage Loan Officer Leads but there is lots of room to maneuver into commercial mortgage leads, new purchase mortgage leads (which we already do for a select few clients), and other business leads. The B2B market is just getting bigger with each year. I believe that there is a massive amount of potential to build companies in the Selling Mortgage Leads industry right now. If I was a younger man just starting out in the business world this is definitively the market I would get into.

One if the things I think Wetleads really did right was develop a good Mortgage Lead System early on the game. We had the Mortgage Lead System software designed in house by our own tech team. We used an incremental release system as to test and develop to our needs as we went through the software development phases. Today we have a mature well tested Mortgage Lead System that rivals the best commercial offerings but has been suited exactly to our needs.

Generating Mortgage Leads is a very tricky business; you have to stay apprised of all of the latest trends and generation techniques. Generating Mortgage Leads can be done in many ways. There are a lot of bad players in the market that may use less scrupulous generation methods. What I say to that is, more business for me, all of our clients reorder.
